We finally met our daughter!!!! She is adorable and a little spunky. Her eyes are beautiful, very dark black, and her lashes are really long. She really liked her Daddy, even watched him move around the room. She was really good with both of us, was interested in us and played a little with us (really wasn’t scared of us at all.) She has a couple of teeth, and the top of her hair is still very poofy and kind of long. It kind of has a life of its own. She also was poking in her ears and the foster mom said she had them checked, and the Dr said she was just interested in pulling/playing with her ears (just like Trenton), but they were going to have them checked out again, just to make sure. We were told she says "Ayyyy" which means No to her, also likes bananas (Kelly B., thanks for the idea to bring banana baby food along), also says 2 other words and waves "Bye." She doesn’t like to go to sleep until midnight (her time) and stays up late with her big brother (who is a senior in high school), so maybe switching her our time line wont be so bad (I can only hope). After we spent about an hour with her, we were done for the day with appointments. So we walked to find a Korean restaurant and sat down to eat (but waited until we found a picture of food), and they brought us fish (with all the bones in it) soup with Tofu and zucchini, broccoli, some green bean (I think) and carrot dish, Kimchee (a spicy Korean cabbage-- good) and bean spout dish for $5.00 each, but in their money its is 5000 won. There was also a Kentucky Fried chicken we saw, but I wanted Korean food. Overall the city seems very clean for the amount of people in it. There are little shops EVERYWHERE, in every nook and cranny, down alleys, and tomorrow we are going to find some underground shopping areas. I am off to see those 50 babies--Evan and Trenton, keep up the good behavior; we spoke to you earlier today.
