There wasn't a lot going on with Savannah in February, however Jordan has been busy with a new job, weight lifting, and choir practice. Tannor has been busy with lifting and choir practice. Haleigh has been doing a lot of drawing. Melinda has been busy chasing Savannah.
Savannah has adapted really well over the past month. She only had 1 trip to the doctor for an ear infection. She still has her sleepless moments, but what should we expect? We had several days of unusually warm weather that we were able to take her outside to play. She is like the energizer bunny--she just keeps going and going. She seems to never wear out, unlike her parents, whew. We are coming up on our 6 month update pretty soon. Melinda has contacted our SW to try to set up an appointment. We actually look forward to the appointment, as we have gotten to know her and think a lot of her. She was a big help through our whole adoption process, and we thank her very much. It just doesn't seem like we've been home for 6 months already. The 3 year wait seemed like it took forever, but these last 6 months have flown by.
We will have 1 more update on this site, and for those who are still following we have created a blog to continue with our journey with Savannah.
