January was pretty quiet except for the snow/ice storm we had. The kids were happy, as they missed 4 days of school. Before the snow turned to ice, we got Savannah ready and we all headed outside to go sleigh riding and let Savannah play in the snow. We walked up the hill behind our house to Maw Maw and Paw Paw Decker's. They came out to watch Savannah play in the snow for the first time. She liked it at first, but then we took her gloves off to let her feel the cold snow; that was enough for her, she wanted up and out of the snow. Hopefully we didn't scar her for life, Ha Ha.
After taking Savannah inside, I took some pictures of Haleigh and Tannor in the snow. They had a blast. It's been quite a while since we got that much snow. Tannor did a triple dog dare on the fence,(don't worry it didn't really stick).
Savannah has been doing great since the last time we wrote. She is a very smart little girl. She amazes us on some of the things she does and the way she acts. We are truly blessed to have her in our life.
Well, that is all for this month, We will have a couple of more posts, 1 for February, and 1 for March before we end. There are only a few pictures this time, I will try to have more next month.
