Today was a great day. Savannah slept all night from about 10:30 to 7:00. We ate breakfast in the hotel dining area and then went back to the room. Savannah had a ball. We put a blanket on the floor, laid out some of her toys, and she played hard for about 45 minutes. She wore herself out, and after a bottle she took about a 3 hour nap. At 2:00, we met in the lobby and walked to the Adoption Registration Office where we had to get our picture with Savannah and put our fingerprints over all of our signatures to verify we want her and are going to keep her. They cancelled her China citizenship since China does not allow duel citizenship with any other country. Once the paperwork was complete, we headed back to the hotel room. At 5:30 we went to a celebration dinner at the underground city to celebrate the babies officially being ours. After dinner and a short stroll in the park, all the girls (Melinda, Haleigh, and Savannah) are asleep, leaving me the duty to write this post. Tomorrow we will visit the Chongqing zoo and have the evening to ourselves to roam around and see what we can get into. That's all for now, until tomorrow.
